Directions

  • continually whisk the ingredients together in a pan over low heat and cook until thoroughly blended.
  • Pour over meat and bake at 325 for 1 hour.

 

  • ΒΌ cup kochujang sauce (see recipe below)

  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil

  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar or 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
