Korean Barbecue Meat Sauce

This original recipe came directly from a Korean family that passed it along through generations.
Directions
- Continually whisk the ingredients together in a pan over low heat and cook until thoroughly blended.
- Pour over meat and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
- 4 lbs. sirloin beef strips
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ tsp. MSG
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 ½” piece of ginger, peeled and crushed
- 2 scallions, finely shredded on diagonal
